This page sets out what this site does around gambling safety, and what it plainly does not do. It carries no account system and no gambling of any kind; every action that involves real money happens after a reader leaves for an operator's own site, where that operator's own rules, checks and account controls apply.
Scope
Controls such as deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion are settings inside an operator account. This build has no account, no form and no server-side application behind it, so nothing published here can switch one of those controls on, check whether it is active, or enforce it in any way. Anyone who wants those controls has to arrange them directly inside the account they hold at the destination.
Nobody's age is verified on this site, and no gambling takes place on it. Any check of that kind happens at the destination, once a reader has followed a link there. The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this build, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing, as a plain statement rather than a check this site performs.
Each of the ten operator listings closes with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice. No advertising or behavioural profiling network runs on these pages, so nothing here is aimed at a reader based on gambling behaviour shown elsewhere.
Finding Help
Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: gambleaware.nsw.gov.au, gamblinghelponline.org.au and responsiblegambling.vic.gov.au. These are the only outbound links on the whole site that are not commercial. Unlike the operator links, they carry no sponsored marking, they are set to nofollow, and they open in a separate tab on the organisations' own websites. This site receives nothing when a reader follows one of them.
Habits
Decide the amount before starting and treat it as already spent, not as money still available to recover. Deciding in advance removes the moment of pressure where a bigger figure suddenly seems reasonable.
Never chase a loss by increasing a stake to make up ground. A loss chased with a larger bet usually produces a larger loss, not a recovery.
Keep gambling out of borrowed money and out of funds set aside for bills or rent. Money that is already committed elsewhere turns a loss into a second problem on top of the first.
Take breaks during a session rather than playing in one unbroken stretch. A short pause gives a clearer view of how much has actually been spent and how much time has passed.
Involve someone else early, as soon as gambling stops feeling like entertainment, rather than waiting for a crisis. A second perspective, brought in while the situation is still small, is easier to act on than one brought in after it has grown.
